Get The Expert Opinions You Need To Develop A Roof Maintenance And Repair Plan That Won’t Break The Budget

Making Roofing Decisions Is Stressful. Especially when roofs are just one of your responsibilities.

Roof maintenance for multi-family properties is crucial, but it’s hard to decide which roofs need repairs or replacement. Choosing the wrong contractor can drain your resources and cause community tension.

There’s a difference between independent consultants and the average roofing contractor

Using An Independent Expert

Our Goal: Maximize the Lifespan of your Roof

  • Comprehensive, unbiased roof inspections
  • Consulting to help you choose the best roofing systems for your needs
  • Assistance with roof lifecycle management
  • Support to help you keep everyone happy
  • Quality assurance inspections during roof repairs and installation

Using A Roof Contractor

Their Goal: Sell You a New Roof

  • Risk making building maintenance decisions without all the information you need
  • Risk replacing all the roofs when you don’t really need to
  • Risk compromising owner/tenant relationships
  • No roof inspection or installation validation
  • No roof lifecycle management plan

Comprehensive Roof Inspections for Multi-Family Buildings FAQs

Do you sell and/or install roofing materials or systems?

We are independent roof and leak analysis experts. We do not sell or install roofing materials and we are not owned by anyone who does. Our only purpose is to provide independent consulting on roofing and building envelope issues.

Do you prepare roof replacement specifications?

Yes, we write roof replacement specifications and bid documents for competitive contractor bids in the event the roof needs to be replaced.

Do you provide annual inspections for roof asset management?

Yes, we provide a variety of roof inspections for building owners, so they can better manage their commercial roofing systems.

How much do you charge for an inspection?

We price all of our projects on a flat-fee basis to be established with you upfront. The fee will be determined by a variety of factors: location, roof-type, number of buildings and types of equipment needed. Further, the scope of services desired (e.g. CAD drawings, estimates, site verification and documentation, leak analysis, and extent of construction consulting) are taken into account.

What happens after I submit a project?

One of our associates will be in touch with you to discuss your potential project, the problems you might be having, your budget, and what looks best for you moving forward. If everything looks good for you, we will draft a formal proposal that identifies the scope of work to be done and our fee. Once we have a signed proposal, we can begin our work.
